1. How do the auctions work?

Each dress is released as a one-of-a-kind piece and sold through a timed auction. Simply place your bid on the dress you love. When the auction ends, the highest bidder wins and we’ll contact you with payment and shipping details.

2. How do I place a bid?

Click on the dress you want, enter your bid amount, and confirm your bid. You may need to create an account or provide your email to participate.

3. What happens if I win?

If you have the highest bid when the auction ends, you’ll receive an email with instructions to complete your payment and shipping information. Once payment is received, we’ll ship your dress right away.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options through Shopify’s checkout. If you have questions about payment, please contact us.

5. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, directly from Thailand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

6. How long will it take to receive my dress?

We usually process orders within 1-2 business days after payment is completed. Delivery times depend on your location—typically 7–21 days for international orders. You’ll receive a tracking number once your dress ships.

7. Are these dresses really one of a kind?

Yes! Every Roa Ae dress is handmade and unique. Once it’s sold, it’s gone forever—no restocks or duplicates.

8. Can I return or exchange my dress?

Because each piece is unique and sold via auction, all sales are final. Please check measurements and details carefully before bidding. If you have an issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
